TronPe provides digital services and transaction-related functionality through its platform.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and applicable laws.

• You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your account.
• Keep your login credentials and authentication details confidential.
• You are responsible for activities carried out through your account, subject to applicable law and any security-related protections.
• Notify our support team if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

• Transactions are subject to the availability and functionality of the relevant payment services.
• Ensure that transaction details are correct before confirming a payment.
• Transaction processing and confirmation times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, network, or other relevant service.
• A transaction may be delayed, declined, pending, or unsuccessful due to technical issues or other circumstances.

If a transaction is pending, unsuccessful, duplicated, or otherwise disputed, you may raise a support ticket through your account.

Please provide the relevant transaction ID and supporting information to help our team review the issue.

Refunds, reversals, and transaction adjustments are subject to the applicable payment process, transaction status, provider rules, and relevant laws. Raising a ticket does not automatically guarantee a refund or reversal.

Any applicable fees or charges will be communicated through the relevant service interface or transaction flow.

You are responsible for reviewing applicable charges before confirming a transaction.

You must not use TronPe for:

• Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
• Illegal activities or transactions prohibited by applicable law.
• Misuse of the platform or attempts to interfere with its functionality.
• Providing false information or impersonating another person.
• Activities that compromise the security or integrity of the platform.

We aim to maintain the availability and functionality of our platform. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to an account where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, security risks, violations of these terms, or legal and regulatory requirements.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may notify the affected user.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TronPe is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or temporary unavailability of the platform.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect is subject to the revised terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are subject to the laws applicable to the legal entity operating TronPe, with jurisdiction determined in accordance with applicable law.
